1. Human Rights Advocacy
2. Gender Equality
3. Youth Empowerment
4. Leadership
5. Mentorship
We have seen for over decades and centuries that the rights of Children, Women and Girls are marginalized in our Homes Communities, Districts, Counties and our beloved Nation (Liberia) and across the Globe, we have seen children being vulnerable in most cases because they lack proper and equal justice system, we have seen children mostly being victims of National and International crisis, and most of all we are also seeing the seed of leadership dying in our children for the reason that they lack the platform or opportunity to speak out their thoughts on societal development fundamentals.
But as an institution, we have solemnly subscribed to advocate, empower, mentor and build leadership capacity for children, women and girls.
Ten (10) years from now, this organization will work tirelessly to see the culture of human rights violation mitigated, balanced gender equality and equity, youth being empowered by gaining both national and international opportunities to further their dreams and careers, potentials leaders in all walk of life and continuous mentorship programs for both youth and adults.
